SABINETEK support FAQ

Almindelige spørgsmål om manualer, registrering og support for dette mærke.

  • How do I pair my SmartMike+ with my smartphone?

Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. Press and hold the power button on the SmartMike+ for about 3 seconds until the indicator flashes blue rapidly. Locate 'SmartMike+' in your phone's Bluetooth list and tap to connect.

  • How do I charge my SABINETEK device?

Use the provided Micro-USB or USB-C cable (depending on your model) to connect the device to a power source. The indicator light typically glows red while charging and turns off or green when fully charged.

  • Do I need a specific app to use SABINETEK microphones?

While the microphones can work as standard Bluetooth input devices, downloading the SmartMike+ or MetAudio app is recommended to access advanced features like noise reduction adjustment, mixing, and firmware updates.

  • How can I connect the microphone to a generic camera or non-Bluetooth device?

For devices without native Bluetooth support or to bypass Bluetooth latency on cameras, you can use two SmartMike+ units in TWS mode (one as a transmitter/microphone and one as a receiver attached to the camera's audio jack).
