Ensure the camera is not installed too far from your Wi-Fi router. Verify your network is functioning by checking other devices, and try restarting the router if it gets overloaded. You should also check the Girafit app to verify that the camera is running the latest firmware.
Insert a compatible microSD card into the camera's slot in the correct direction. Open the camera settings menu in the Girafit App and format the microSD card. Once formatted, select the 'Manage Storage' menu and choose whether to record continuously all day or only when an incident is detected.
Navigate to the 'Device Setting' menu in the Girafit app to adjust the detection parameters. You can turn on 'human detection' to exclusively be notified about human-shaped objects, adjust the detection sensitivity to a lower level, or enable a specific detection area on the grid.
