To reset most CAPOXO earbuds, place both earbuds in the charging case. Press and hold the reset button (or the button on the earbuds, depending on the model) for about 8-10 seconds until the LED indicators flash (often red and blue). Then, delete the pairing record from your phone and reconnect.
On some Android devices, the volume may not sync with the earbuds. To fix this, enable 'Absolute Volume' or 'Media Volume Sync' in your phone's Developer Options settings.
