Bonaire support FAQ
Almindelige spørgsmål om manualer, registrering og support for dette mærke.
-
How do I clean the cooling pads on my Bonaire evaporative cooler?
Unplug the cooler, remove the rear panels, and take out the cooling pad. Use a garden hose outside to apply low-pressure water over the pad. Never use high-pressure water jets or acidic chemicals.
-
Why is my Bonaire cooler not producing cool air?
Ensure that the water tank is full and the 'Cool' function (which turns on the water pump) is properly activated. Wait up to 5 minutes for the internal cooling pads to become fully saturated before checking for cool air.
-
Does the Bonaire air cooler require an open window?
Yes, evaporative coolers require constant air flow to prevent humidity buildup. Always keep a window or door open when the unit is operating to ensure optimum cooling performance.
-
How do I drain the water from my Bonaire cooler?
Disconnect the power cord, place a container beneath the unit or move it to an appropriate drainage area, and remove the drain plug located at the bottom of the tank. Stagnant water should be drained before long-term storage or after seasonal use.
