Ensure the door is open and unlocked. Press and hold the Reset Button on the interior assembly for approximately 5 seconds using the provided Reset Tool until you hear a voice prompt or beep confirming the reset.
Veise smart locks are designed to work with the KK Home App, which is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
Check that the hole in the door frame is drilled at least 1 inch (25mm) deep. Also, verify that the backset is adjusted correctly (2-3/8" or 2-3/4") and that the lock is installed parallel to the door edge.
