You will need to reset the device by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds until it reboots, then use the PSA Centrii app to pair the device again with your new 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
The PSA Centrii App and devices require a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network using WPA2 Encryption. If your router uses dual-band, you may need to split the connection so the device only connects to the 2.4GHz band.
For a hard reset, disconnect power, short the blue and grey wires, reconnect power until the keypad beeps 3 times, then remove the short. Software resets can be performed via the monitor's menu using the administration control.
