The camera's default IP address must match your local network's IP scheme. You may need to use an IP search tool (like AjDevTools) to find and modify the camera's IP address so it shares the same segment as your PC.
The default username is 'admin' and the password is '123456'. To reset a forgotten password or restore default settings, use the camera search tool software, find the camera IP, and click the 'Batch Reset' or 'Reset factory' button.
Ensure you selected the correct protocol (ONVIF or Plug & Play), that the username and password are correct, and that the NVR and IP camera are on the same IP segment. Also, confirm if the NVR supports the camera's H.265 encoding mode; if not, switch the camera to H.264.
