Check the actuator adjustment to ensure proper clearance. Additionally, clean the shank inlet screen, verify that your water supply pressure meets the minimum requirements, and cleanly reinstall or replace the flush valve cartridge if needed.
Standard models like the 503 and 503H series require a minimum water pressure of 20 psi. The 503UH and 504 series require at least 25 psi. The maximum operating pressure for all units is 80 psi.
