If the speaker is unresponsive or stuck, disconnect any charging or audio cables, then press and hold the power button for approximately 8 to 10 seconds to force a restart or reset.
Ensure both speakers are not currently connected to any other device. Turn on both speakers, then press the pairing/Bluetooth button on one unit to initiate TWS linking (often confirmed by a tone). Once the speakers are paired to each other, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker.
