Opsætning

Charging the Lighter:

1. Locate the USB charging port at the base of the lighter.
2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the lighter's port.

Activating the Lighter:

1. Locate the ON/OFF safety switch on the side of the lighter.
2. Slide the switch to the "ON" position. The LED battery indicator lights will illuminate.
3. To activate the electric arc, press and hold the activation button located above the safety switch. A purple electric arc will appear between the two prongs at the tip of the flexible neck.
4. Release the activation button to turn off the arc.
5. For safety, the lighter will automatically switch off after a few seconds of inactivity or if the safety switch is moved to the "OFF" position.

Lighting a Candle:

1. Ensure the lighter is charged and the safety switch is in the "ON" position.
2. Position the flexible neck so that the candle wick is between the two prongs of the lighter.
3. Press and hold the activation button. The electric arc will ignite the wick.
4. Once the wick is lit, release the activation button and remove the lighter.
5. For deep jars or hard-to-reach wicks, utilize the flexible neck to maneuver the arc precisely.

Cleaning the Arc Prongs:

Over time, soot or wax residue may accumulate on the arc prongs, potentially affecting performance. Regular cleaning is recommended.

1. Ensure the lighter is turned OFF and completely cool before cleaning.
2. Use a cotton swab (Q-tip) dipped in rubbing alcohol to gently clean the area between and around the arc prongs.
3. Vigorously rub the contacts until any visible soot or wax is removed and the metal is clear.
4. Allow the lighter to dry completely before attempting to use it again.

Caution: Always ensure the lighter is off and cool, and keep flammable substances like alcohol away from the arc prongs during cleaning.

• Lighter not igniting reliably:

• Lighter not turning on or charging:

  Ensure the lighter is properly connected to a working USB power source. Check the charging cable for damage. If the battery is completely depleted, it may take a few minutes for the LED indicators to light up.
