Before initial operation, ensure the following steps are completed:

  1. Udpakning: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the oven for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and supplier.
  2. Placering: Position the oven on a level, stable surface. Ensure sufficient clearance from walls and other equipment for proper ventilation and access. The oven includes a 19-inch stainless steel stand and vent riser.

The oven accepts 13 in x 18 in half size baking pans front to back. There are 5 racks for 9 positions with a minimum of 1 5/8 in spacing per cooking section.
