How to upgrade the firmware of an NVR/DVR using the Tools Software
Forberedelse:
- Download the correct firmware for your NVR/DVR
- Download the Tools software.
- Ensure that the PC and the NVR/DVR are on the same network segment.
Procedurer:
1. Open the Tools software and click Søgeindstillinger.
2. Enter the device login password in the Adgangskode field. Then, click OK.
3. Klik Søg to discover. If the entered password is correct, the camera status will appear as `Online‘. If it says `Login mislykkedes‘, you will not be able to procced with the update.
4. Klik på Opdatering button (the fourth button on the left panel).
5. Check the boxes for the devices you would like to update.
6. Klik Vælge File to locate and select the appropriate firmware file.
7. Tjek Nulstil box if required, then click Update.
8. After the firmware has been uploaded to the device, the upgrade will proceed. Do not close the tool until the update is completed.
9. Once the upgrade is successful, the Upgrade status will be ‘Opgradering succes'.
