Mikrofonposition

SoloCast skal placeres med mikrofonens forside vendt mod lydkilden. Dette er angivet ved justeringsguiden på både mikrofonen og stativet.
SoloCast kan drejes for let at placere under en skærm.

Slå mikrofonen fra

Tryk på toppen af mikrofonen for at slå lyden til/fra. Mikrofonens status-LED blinker, når lydløs er aktiveret.Brug af en mikrofonholder

SoloCast kan fjernes fra stativet og bruges med mikrofonbeslag med enten 3/8 ”eller 5/8” gevind.Spørgsmål eller opsætningsproblemer?

Why won't my HyperX SoloCast connect?

If your HyperX SoloCast is not connecting or being recognized, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Tjek USB-forbindelsen: Ensure the USB-C cable is firmly plugged into the microphone's port (E) and the USB-A end is securely connected to a functional USB port on your PC or PS4.

Verify Power Status: Check the Microphone status LED (B). If the LED is not lit, the device is not receiving power. Try a different USB port or a different USB cable to rule out a faulty connection.

Tjek lydløs status: If the LED is flashing, the microphone is muted. Tap the top of the microphone (A) to unmute it.

Systemindstillinger: On a PC, ensure the SoloCast is selected as the 'Default Device' in your Sound Settings under the 'Recording' tab. On a PS4, go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices and ensure the Input Device is set to HyperX SoloCast.

Software: For advanced customization or firmware updates, you can download the HyperX NGENUITY software at hyperxgaming.com/ngenuity.

If the device still fails to connect, you may need to contact HyperX support at hyperxgaming.com/support/microphones.
