Quick Guide: Activate, then start creating
- Install the software using the provided USB flash drive or the installation file.
- Run the software to open the Software key login window.
- Enter the Serial number and Activation code from the packaging into the respective fields.
- Connect to the internet and press Aktiver (Windows/macOS).
- Accept the End-User License Agreement when prompted.
- Use the Welcome Screen to start a new design or open a recent project.
Fejlfinding
- Windows Security prompt during installation: If a Security screen appears asking whether to allow the software to execute, log in as administrator and select Tillade.
- macOS installation not installed after double-click: If you double-click the installation icon on mounted media, it will run instead of installing. Drag the eXuberance application icon onto the Applications folder icon to install.
- Activation fails or is blocked: Activation requires an internet connection; ensure you are connected, then enter the Serial number and Activation code and press Aktiver.
- Upgrade/Update on additional devices: It’s only necessary to enter/use the Upgrade Code/Update Code once, but recognition on other devices requires an internet connection.

- You only need to enter a 16-character Upgrade Code (including hyphens) from the sticker inside your Upgrade kit. Open the software, use Help > Key upgrade, ensure you are connected to the internet, and click Upgrade.
- How do I upgrade from eXuberance 1.7 to 2.0?
- Open eXuberance 2.0 and use the Key Upgrade dialog. Enter the 16-character Update Code (including hyphens) from the back of your Update kit, connect to the internet, and click Upgrade.
- How do I access the user guide/help topics in the software?
- In the software, open Help Topics using the F1 shortcut key. You can also use other help options from the Help menu, including Show help on (Shift+F1) and printable help.
