Ensure they are fully charged and your device's Bluetooth is turned on. If they still won't connect, put the earbuds back into the case, close it for 1 minute, open the case, and try reconnecting.
Turn off Bluetooth on your connected devices and forget the earbud record. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and tap both quickly 5 times to clear the pairing record. Once reset, re-pair them to your device.
Ensure the charging case has a sufficient battery level. Use a fine cleaning stick dipped in a small amount of rubbing alcohol to gently wipe the charging pins on the earbuds and inside the case to remove any dirt or sweat.
Go to your phone's Settings, enable Bluetooth, connect to your earbuds, click on the settings icon next to the earbuds' name, and enable the 'Sync volume with phone' option.
