Designed for the modern smart home, Zappi includes built-in WiFi and Ethernet connectivity (vHub) for remote monitoring and control via the myenergi app. It supports dynamic load balancing to protect the main fuse and is fully compliant with the latest UK electric vehicle smart charge point regulations.

Zappi offers three main charging modes: FAST (standard charging at max power), ECO (adjusts charge rate provided there is surplus generation), and ECO+ (pauses charging if there is too much import from the grid to ensure maximum green energy usage).
Navigate to Menu > Other Settings > Internet > WiFi on your Zappi display. Turn the Access Point to ON, connect your smartphone to the Zappi network, and follow the instructions to link it to your home WiFi.
To comply with UK Smart Charge Points Regulations 2021, Zappi may apply a randomized delay of up to 10 minutes at the start of a charge or scheduled boost to help balance the grid. This can be manually overridden if needed.
When wiring the CT clamp for Zappi, the RED wire connects to the positive (+) terminal and the BLACK wire connects to the negative (-) terminal on the connector block.
