  No. Do not use an extension cord to connect the spa to the electrical supply. This can lead to voltage drops, overheating of the cable, and potential fire hazards or electric shock. The spa must be connected directly to a grounded outlet.

• What should I do if the RCD plug trips?

  The RCD (Residual Current Device) plug is a safety feature. To test it: insert the plug, press ON/RESET (light turns red), press OFF/TEST (light turns off), then press ON/RESET again.
