Delete the camera from your app list directly or long-press the reset button on the device for 8 seconds until you hear the voice prompt 'Reset, camera reboot'.
Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz networks are not supported. Confirm your router has DHCP enabled, your Wi-Fi password does not contain special characters, and the signal strength is above 80%.
Delete the camera from your app list or press the reset button for 8 seconds. Once reset, configure the camera again using the new router's Wi-Fi network.
