Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the LED light flashes red and blue, indicating it has entered pairing mode. Turn on Bluetooth on your device, search for 'SnoozeBand', 'BT-Music', or the specific device name in your manual, and connect. If prompted for a password, enter '0000'.
Before washing, carefully remove the electronic components and speakers through the small fabric opening inside the headband or eye mask. Hand wash the fabric with cold water and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting the electronics.
