It is highly recommended to remove the battery from the Slinger launcher, if your model supports it, and use the provided smart charger. The ideal charging time for an empty battery is around 5 hours. Avoid charging your battery overnight to maximize lifespan.
Slinger offers a 12-month Limited Warranty covering workmanship and part defects for the launcher components, oscillator, telescopic ball collector, and bag materials. Note that the lithium-ion battery and any tennis or pickleballs are specifically excluded.
To make a warranty claim, you must contact Slinger Warranty Support at support@slingerbag.com within 12 months of the original delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.
The Slinger Bag is designed for standard-sized tennis, padel, or pickleballs depending on the model. Using old, worn, or damaged balls is not recommended as this will reduce the performance of the launcher and may cause jams.
