To recharge your Reflying power bank, connect the included USB-C cable to the power bank's input port and an appropriate wall adapter. The LED indicator will flash during charging and remain solid once fully charged.
Ensure the charging pad is securely connected to a power source. Check your phone's alignment on the center of the pad to match the charging coil. Make sure your phone is Qi-compatible and that your phone case is not too thick or contains metal.
For Apple devices, open the Apple Find My app, go to Items, and Add Other Supported Item. For Android, sign into the Google Find Hub, ensure Bluetooth is on, and select the tag from available nearby devices. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
Short-press the button on the tag once, then press and hold the button for 3 seconds within the next two seconds. Release the button when you hear two beeps, which indicates the reset is complete.
