Start en web browser and enter http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar. You will need to create or enter your device password to log in.
With the device powered on, press and hold the Reset button (often found on the back) for at least 5 seconds until the LED blinks, then release it to allow the device to reboot.
