  • How do I read the error codes on my OKULEY scooter?

    Common error codes include 3E for rear motor blockage, 4E for low battery voltage, and 5E for brake issues. If these codes persist, check connections or contact support.

  • How do I charge the OKULEY M9 Electric Scooter?

    Connect the charger to the charging port while the port is dry. The LED indicator on the charger will turn from red to green when fully charged. Do not charge for more than 24 hours.

  • How do I fold the OKULEY scooter for storage?

    Turn off the power, loosen the folding fixing handle, pull out the safety pin, fold down the upright pole, and secure the hook into the hook hole.

  • Can I adjust the speed settings on the OKULEY scooter?

    Yes. Long press the M key to enter settings. P01 sets units (km/h vs miles), and gear buttons allow you to switch between speed ranges 1-3.
