Many advanced OKM 3D ground scanners, such as the Fusion Professional and Delta Ranger, require a Bluetooth connection to a Windows notebook or a compatible smartphone running the Visualizer 3D Studio software or the dedicated OKM App for visual data analysis.
Most late-model OKM devices employ rechargeable batteries. Connect the provided Charger or Power Pack via the USB-C cable (or standard charging port) to the Control Unit. Generally, an LED indicator will turn green or turn off entirely to indicate a full charge.
If scan values become erratic or unstable, ensure you are keeping the probe level and maintaining a constant walking pace. Depending on your model, you may also need to perform a ground balance adjustment to calibrate the detector to the local soil mineralization.
