How do I clean and sanitize my AML mobile computer?
Use a diluted solution of three parts water and one part rubbing alcohol (approx. 70% isopropyl). Apply the solution to a soft cloth first, and then wipe all surfaces of the device. Never use full-strength isopropyl alcohol.

How do I perform a hot swap on the AML StrikerX battery?
The device features an internal backup battery. When the main battery is depleted, you have up to 10 minutes to insert a new battery while the internal battery keeps the device powered in sleep mode.

How do I restore my AML scanner to default settings?
To restore factory default settings, navigate to AML Barcode Settings, select Reset Settings, and tap YES to confirm. This will default back to standard barcode scanning settings like Symbology types, prefixes, and suffixes.
