Connect your device to the modem's Wi-Fi network, open a web browser, and enter the modem's default IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.1). Log in with the default credentials provided on the device label.
Log ind på Web GUI, navigate to Setting > WLAN > WLAN Basic Settings. Enter your new SSID and password, then click Apply. The Wi-Fi module will restart to apply the changes.
If you are an MDU customer, navigate to Advanced Settings in the menu, select the Satellite Scan tab, and simultaneously press the designated numeric keys to open the LNB Selection menu. Change the LNB Type to Unicable and select SES-7 TP 11.
Check the LTE signal LED. If it shows blue or red, move to an area with better reception. Also, confirm that your SIM card is inserted properly, is valid, and has an active data balance.
Make sure the device is powered on, then long press the Reset button for 1 second. The Wi-Fi settings will be restored to their factory defaults.
