3. Opsætning

4.1 Preparing Food for Slicing:

  • For frozen meat, thaw for 20-30 minutes until the surface ice melts and it is pressable with fingers. Avoid slicing when too hard for uniform thickness.
  • Ensure food items fit securely on the carriage tray and under the food pusher.

4.2 Slicing Procedure:

  1. Sted Mad: Position the food item securely on the carriage tray, ensuring it is stable against the food pusher.
  2. Juster tykkelse: Rotate the thickness adjustment knob to select your desired slice thickness (0-15mm). Turning right for thicker slices and left for thinner slices.

  4. Activate Slicer: Unlock the security lock and press the power switch simultaneously to start the motor.
  5. Slice Food: Gently press the food item against the blade using the food pusher and slide the carriage tray back and forth. Maintain steady pressure for uniform slices.

5.1 Disassembly for Cleaning:

  1. Remove Food Pusher and Slider Extension: Gently pull these components off the carriage tray.
  2. Remove Carriage Tray: Slide the carriage tray off the unit.
  3. Fjern bladet: Carefully twist the central knob on the blade counter-clockwise to unlock it, then remove the blade. Exercise extreme caution as the blade is very sharp.

5.2 Cleaning Steps:

  • Håndvask: Wash all detachable parts (blade, carriage tray, food pusher, slider extension) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.

6. Fejlfinding
