This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, assembly, and maintenance of your KETELES K800 Electric Bike. Please read this manual thoroughly before your first ride to ensure proper usage and to maximize the lifespan of your e-bike.
The KETELES K800 is an advanced electric bike designed for adults, featuring powerful dual motors and a high-capacity removable battery for extended range. Its 26-inch by 4-inch fat tires ensure excellent traction and stability across various terrains, including sand, snow, gravel, and flat roads. With 21 speeds and hydraulic brakes, it offers a versatile and secure riding experience for both daily commuting and off-road adventures.

Opsætning og montering
Your KETELES K800 electric bicycle is 85% pre-installed. The following steps outline the final assembly process. For a visual guide, please refer to the assembly video below.

Unboxing and Component Removal
Carefully open the packaging and remove all components. Ensure all parts are accounted for before proceeding with assembly. The main frame, wheels, handlebars, seat post, pedals, fenders, rear rack, and battery are individually protected.
Styrinstallation
Attach the handlebars to the stem. Ensure the handlebars are centered and the brake levers and shifters are in a comfortable and accessible position. Tighten all bolts securely.

Montering af sadelpind
Insert the seat post into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the seat height to a comfortable riding position, ensuring your feet can touch the ground when stopped. Secure the quick-release clamp fast.
Installation af forhjul
Carefully align the front wheel with the fork. Ensure the brake rotor slides correctly into the brake caliper. Secure the wheel using the quick-release skewer or axle nuts, depending on your model.
Fender and Headlight Installation
Attach the front and rear fenders to their designated mounting points on the frame and fork. Install the headlight on the front fork and connect its power cable. Ensure all connections are secure.
Rear Rack Installation (if applicable)
If your model includes a rear rack, attach it to the designated mounting points on the rear frame. Secure all bolts tightly.
Installation af pedaler
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Apply a small amount of grease to the threads before installation. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
Installation af batteri
Insert the 48V 23AH removable battery into its housing on the bike frame. Ensure it clicks securely into place. Use the provided key to lock the battery, if applicable, for security and to prevent accidental removal.

Kabelstyring
Organize and secure any loose cables using zip ties or cable clips to prevent them from interfering with moving parts or getting damaged.
Operating Your KETELES K800
The KETELES K800 offers five distinct riding modes to adapt to various terrains and preferences:
- Strømtilstand: Provides electric assistance as you pedal, extending your range and reducing effort.
- Gashåndtag: Allows for pure electric propulsion without pedaling, similar to a motorcycle.
- Normal Riding Mode: Functions as a traditional bicycle, relying solely on pedal power.
- Cruise Mode: Maintains a set speed without continuous throttle input (refer to LCD display for activation).
- Gåtilstand: Provides low-speed assistance for easy maneuvering while walking alongside the bike.
The intuitive color LCD display provides real-time information including battery level, current speed, power assist gear, and travel distance. Familiarize yourself with the controls on the handlebars for safe and effective operation.
