4. Opsætningsvejledning

  1. Identify Machine Interface: Determine the pin configuration and voltage requirements of your laser cutting machine, engraving machine, CNC machine, or 3D printer's control board.
  2. Select Appropriate Input: Choose the input port (Input A, B, C, D, or E) on the P-DA-02 board that matches your machine's output pins (e.g., 12V, 24V, GND, TTL, PWM).
  3. Connect Machine to Adapter: Connect the control signals from your machine to the selected input port on the adapter board. Ensure correct pin alignment for voltage, ground, TTL, and PWM signals.
  4. Connect Laser Module to Adapter: Connect your laser module to either Output A (standard connector) or Output B (XT60 connector) on the adapter board. Verify that the laser module's input requirements match the adapter's output.

Note: This adapter board acts as a transit for signals and power. It is not a driver board or controller board itself.

5. Betjeningsvejledning

  1. Tænd: After all connections are securely made, switch the Power Switch from "OFF" to either "INT" or "EXT" based on your power configuration. The board should power on.
  2. Bekræft forbindelser: Before initiating any operations, double-check all connections to ensure they are firm and correctly aligned.
  3. Start operation: Operate your laser machine or 3D printer as per its own instruction manual. The adapter board will automatically manage the signal and voltage translation between your machine and the laser module.

7. Fejlfinding
