Opsætning
1. Udpakning og placering

3. Winding the Bobbin (Using Portable Bobbin Winder)
The SINGER Portable Bobbin Winder allows you to wind bobbins independently of your sewing machine.
- Connect the power adapter to the bobbin winder and plug it into an electrical outlet.
- Place a spool of thread onto the spool pin of the winder.
- Guide the thread through the thread guide.
- Place an empty Class 15 or 15J bobbin onto the bobbin pin.
- Vikl tråden rundt om spolen et par gange med uret.
- Press the Start/Stop button. The winder will automatically stop when the bobbin is full.
- Remove the full bobbin and cut the thread.
4. Inserting the Bobbin (Sewing Machine)

5. Threading the Upper Thread (Sewing Machine)

- Bring the thread down through the take-up lever and into the needle bar thread guide.

6. Automatisk nåletråder
Sådan bruger du den automatiske nåletråder:
- Hæv nålen til dens højeste position.
- Sænk trykfoden.
- Pull the needle threader lever down as far as it will go.
- Hook the thread under the small hook on the threader.
- Release the lever slowly. The thread will be pulled through the needle eye.
- Pull the loop of thread through the needle eye from the back.
Operating the Sewing Machine
1. Valg af en søm
- Turn the Pattern Selector Dial to choose one of the 23 built-in stitches.
- Refer to the stitch chart on the machine for recommended stitch length and width settings.
2. Justering af stinglængde og -bredde
- Stinglængde: Use the Stitch Length Dial to adjust the length. Shorter lengths for stronger seams, longer lengths for basting or gathering.
- Stingbredde: Use the Stitch Width Dial to adjust the width for zigzag and decorative stitches.
3. Grundlæggende syning
- Placer stoffet under trykfoden.
- Sænk trykfodshåndtaget.

- To secure a seam, press and hold the Reverse Lever at the beginning and end of your seam.
4. One-Step Buttonhole
- Fastgør knaphulsfoden.
- Select the buttonhole stitch pattern on the Pattern Selector Dial.
- Place the button you are using into the buttonhole foot's gauge to automatically set the buttonhole size.

- Begin sewing. The machine will automatically sew all four sides of the buttonhole and stop when complete.
Opretholdelse
1. Rensning
- Tag altid stikket ud af maskinen før rengøring.

- Replace the needle regularly (after 8-10 hours of sewing) or if it becomes bent or dull.
