Before initial use, please follow these steps to ensure proper setup and operation of your Brio water dispenser.
Unboxing og placering

- Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Allow the dispenser to stand upright for at least 4 hours before plugging it in. This allows the compressor fluids to settle.
Installing the Water Bottle
- Open the lower compartment door of the dispenser.
- Remove the cap from a standard 5-gallon water bottle.
- Insert the probe assembly into the opening of the water bottle. Ensure the probe is fully inserted and the silicone seal is snug.
- Slide the water bottle into the lower compartment. The bottom-loading design eliminates the need for heavy lifting.

Powering On and Initial Fill
Once plugged in, the dispenser will begin to fill its internal reservoirs. This process may take a few minutes. Do not dispense water until the reservoirs are full, indicated by the absence of gurgling sounds and the display showing ready status.

Child Safety Lock (Hot Water)
To dispense hot water, you must first engage the child safety lock mechanism. This prevents accidental hot water dispensing. Consult the display for specific instructions on activating the hot water dispense function.
Advanced Digital Display Functions
- Empty Bottle Indicator: An icon will illuminate when the 5-gallon bottle is empty, signaling it's time for replacement.
- Self-Cleaning Indicator: An icon will show when the automatic UV self-cleaning cycle is active.
