Indledning

This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the operation and maintenance of your DOOGEE Fire 6 Max (2025) and DOOGEE V MAX Pro (2025) rugged smartphones. Please read this manual carefully before using your device to ensure proper functionality and longevity.

Pakkens indhold

Upon opening the package, verify that all items are present and in good condition. The standard package for each phone typically includes:

Opsætning

1. Isætning af SIM-kort og MicroSD-kort

Find SIM-kortbakken på siden af din enhed.
Sæt SIM-kortudkastningsværktøjet i det lille hul ved siden af bakken, og tryk forsigtigt, indtil bakken springer ud.
Placer dit/dine Nano-SIM-kort og/eller MicroSD-kort i de dertil beregnede pladser på bakken. Sørg for, at de gyldne kontakter vender nedad.
Skub forsigtigt bakken tilbage i telefonen, indtil den flugter med enhedens kabinet.

2. Første opladning

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device. Both models support 33W fast charging.

Tilslut USB Type-C-kablet til opladningsporten i bunden af telefonen.
Tilslut den anden ende af kablet til den medfølgende strømadapter.
Sæt strømadapteren i en stikkontakt.
Opladningsindikatoren vises på skærmen.

3. Tænd/sluk

To power on: Press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the DOOGEE logo appears.

Grundlæggende navigation

Your DOOGEE smartphone runs on Android 14, offering intuitive navigation through gestures and on-screen buttons.

Forbindelse

Wi-Fi: Gå til Indstillinger > Netværk og internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available Wi-Fi networks. Both models support Wi-Fi 6.
Mobildata (5G): Sørg for, at dit SIM-kort er aktivt, og at mobildata er aktiveret. Indstillinger > Netværk og internet > Mobilnetværk. Both devices support 5G connectivity.
Bluetooth: Pair with Bluetooth devices via Indstillinger > Forbundne enheder > Bluetooth.
NFC: For kontaktløse betalinger og dataoverførsel skal du aktivere NFC i Indstillinger > Forbundne enheder > Forbindelsespræferencer > NFC.

Kamerafunktioner

Both models feature advanced camera systems. The Fire 6 Max includes a thermal imaging camera, while the V MAX Pro features a 108MP main camera and 20MP night vision.

To use the camera, open the Camera app. Select modes such as Photo, Video, Portrait, Night Vision (V MAX Pro), or Thermal (Fire 6 Max) as needed.

Sikkerhedsfunktioner

Both devices support Face ID for secure unlocking.

Opretholdelse

As rugged phones, these devices are designed to withstand harsh environments. However, regular cleaning is recommended.

Batteripleje

Softwareopdateringer

Fejlfinding

Problem	Mulig løsning
Enheden tændes ikke	Sørg for, at batteriet er opladet. Tryk på tænd/sluk-knappen og hold den nede i mindst 10-15 sekunder for at fremtvinge en genstart.
Dårligt netværkssignal	Check SIM card insertion. Move to an area with better coverage. Restart the device.
Apps går ned eller fryser	Ryd app-cache (Indstillinger > Apps > [Appnavn] > Lagerplads og cache > Ryd cache). Restart the device. Update the app.
Batteriet aflades hurtigt	Reduce screen brightness. Close unused apps. Disable unnecessary features like Bluetooth/GPS when not in use. Check battery usage in settings.
Thermal camera not working (Fire 6 Max)	Ensure the thermal camera lens is clean. Restart the device. Check for software updates.
Night Vision not working (V MAX Pro)	Ensure the night vision camera lens is clean. Restart the device. Check for software updates.
