3.1 Material Compatibility:

The ComMarker UV laser engraver is a versatile cold laser device capable of engraving on a wide range of materials with high precision. This includes various plastics (PE, PVC, PP, PS, PLA, PC, PMMA, POM, Nylon, ABS), metals (Aluminum, Gold, Platinum, Silver, Titanium, Brass, Stainless Steel), and other materials like Wood, Cloth, Glass, and Cardboard.

3.2 Focusing and Positioning:

The Omni1 features an electric lifting column for easy, one-key focusing. Utilize the dual red light positioning system for accurate placement of your engraving design on the material.

3.3 Engraving Process:

The UV laser operates at a wavelength of 355nm, providing a "cold laser" effect that avoids burning the surface of objects, ensuring ultra-fine detailing and smooth results. The marking speed can reach up to 10000mm/s.

3.4 Rotary Axis Operation:

The Omni1 supports a rotary axis for 360-degree engraving on cylindrical or irregular objects such as rings, bracelets, balls, cups, and tumblers. This expands creative possibilities beyond flat surfaces.

4. Vedligeholdelse

4.1 Kølesystem:

The integrated water cooling system is crucial for maintaining optimal operating temperatures and extending the lifespan of the laser. Regularly check the water level and ensure proper circulation to prevent overheating.

4.2 Lens Care:

Keep the lenses clean and free from dust or debris to ensure consistent engraving quality. Use appropriate lens cleaning solutions and soft cloths to avoid scratching the optical surfaces.

Regularly clean the machine's exterior and work area to prevent accumulation of dust and material residue, which can affect performance and longevity.

5. Fejlfinding

Almindelige problemer:

• Engraving not appearing or faint: Check laser power settings, focus, and material compatibility. Ensure the material is properly positioned.
• Software connection issues: Verify USB cable connection, ensure drivers are correctly installed (refer to Section 2.2), and restart both the machine and computer.
• Machine not responding: Check power supply, emergency stop button, and all cable connections.
