6.1. Rengøring af printhovedet

For at sikre optimal udskriftskvalitet skal du rengøre printhovedet med jævne mellemrum:

1. Sluk printeren, og frakobl strømkablet.
2. Open the printer lid.
3. Tør forsigtigt printhovedet af med en vatpind.ampafsluttet med isopropylalkohol.
4. Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the lid and turning on the printer.

6.2. Papirhåndtering og -opbevaring

• Use only Memoking-approved thermal paper for best results and to prevent damage to the printer.
• Store thermal paper in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its quality and image duration.
• Avoid touching the printing surface of the thermal paper excessively, as oils from skin can affect print quality.

7. Fejlfinding

• Printeren tænder ikke: Ensure the printer is charged. Connect it to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.
• Kan ikke oprette forbindelse via Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the printer is within range. Restart both the printer and your mobile device. Ensure no other devices are currently paired with the printer.
• Dårlig udskriftskvalitet: Check if the paper roll is inserted correctly with the printing side facing out. Clean the print head as described in Section 6.1. Ensure the paper is not old or damaged.
• No Paper Feed: Verify that the paper roll is properly seated and not jammed. Ensure the printer lid is fully closed.
