4. Opsætningsvejledning

4.1 Tænd

1. Connect the provided power adapter to the camera's Type-C port.
2. Sæt strømadapteren i en almindelig stikkontakt. Kameraet tændes, og indikatorlampen begynder at blinke.

4.2 Appinstallation og parring

1. Download the 'youkey' app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Opret en ny konto, eller log ind, hvis du allerede har en.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your youkey P310 camera. The camera supports easy Bluetooth pairing for quick setup.
4. Connect the camera to your home Wi-Fi network (supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi 6). Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct.

4.3 Monteringsmuligheder

The youkey P310 can be placed on a flat surface or mounted to a wall or ceiling. The mounting screw kit is included for secure installation.

5. Betjeningsvejledning

5.1 Live View & Pan/Tilt Control

Open the youkey app on your smartphone. Select your P310 camera to access the live video feed. Use the on-screen controls to pan (rotate horizontally 360°) and tilt (adjust vertically -10° to 55°) the camera lens to view different areas of the room.

5.2 Tovejssamtale

For at bruge tovejsfunktionen skal du trykke på mikrofonikonet i live-skærmen view interface of the app. Speak into your phone, and your voice will be transmitted through the camera's speaker. Tap the icon again to end the conversation.

5.3 AI-detektion og -advarsler

The camera's NeuraMind AI can detect human motion, pet activity, and baby crying. Configure alert settings within the app to receive instant notifications on your smartphone when these events occur. You can also set customizable detection zones to focus on specific areas.

5.4 Automatisk sporing

When enabled, the auto-tracking feature allows the camera to automatically follow moving objects (humans or pets) within its field of view, ensuring they remain in the frame.

5.5 Nattesyn

The camera automatically switches to invisible 940nm infrared night vision in low-light conditions, providing clear black and white video without a visible red glow.

5.6 Optagelse og lagring

The youkey P310 supports local storage via a microSD card (up to 256GB, not included). Insert the microSD card into the designated slot on the camera. You can also opt for cloud storage services (may require a separate subscription) for continuous recording and event-triggered video storage.

5.7 Privatlivstilstand

Activate Privacy Mode through the app. The camera lens will physically rotate downward, concealing itself to ensure no recording or monitoring occurs. This provides enhanced privacy when you are home.

5.8 Smart Home-integration

The youkey P310 is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Link your camera to your smart home ecosystem through the respective apps to enable voice commands for live viewpå kompatible smart-skærme.

6. Vedligeholdelse

• Rensning: Brug en blød, tør klud til at rengøre kameralinsen og huset. Undgå slibende rengøringsmidler eller opløsningsmidler.
• Placering: Sørg for, at kameraet er placeret et sted med god Wi-Fi-signalstyrke og væk fra direkte sollys eller varmekilder.
• Firmwareopdateringer: Regularly check the youkey app for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

7. Fejlfinding

• Kamera offline: Kontroller Wi-Fi-forbindelsen og strømforsyningen, og sørg for, at kameraet er inden for din routers rækkevidde. Genstart kameraet og routeren, hvis det er nødvendigt.
• Dårlig videokvalitet: Ensure adequate lighting. Check your internet speed and camera placement relative to your Wi-Fi router.
• Mislykket parring: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Reset the camera by pressing the reset button (refer to app instructions for location) and try pairing again.
• Ingen notifikationer: Check app notification settings on your phone and within the youkey app. Ensure motion/sound detection is enabled.
