1. Introduktion

2. Opsætning og montering

2.3 Batteriinstallation/-kontrol

The Savage A41 uses a CR2450 battery. While a battery is typically included, it's good practice to check its installation.

• Locate the battery compartment, usually on the inside of the auto-darkening filter (ADF) unit.
• Ensure the CR2450 battery is correctly inserted with the positive (+) side facing up.
• The helmet is solar-assisted, but the battery is crucial for low-light conditions and initial arc detection.

3.1 Powering On/Off and Digital Interface

The helmet automatically powers on when exposed to light. The digital interface allows for precise control over welding parameters.

3.2 Grind Mode Activation

The external grind button allows for quick switching to grind mode (Shade 4) without removing the helmet.

• Press the external grind button located on the side of the helmet.
• The lens will switch to a light shade (Shade 4), suitable for grinding operations.
• To return to welding mode, press the button again.
