The main E360 ACE unit features dual IMX675 sensors and 2100+2100 view angles for 5.2K 3600 panoramic images. It includes an integrated 1.54'' IPS touchscreen for intuitive operation and a power button for control. The device also has a memory card slot, microphone, and connection ports for mounts and the rear camera.

4.1. Indledende opsætning
Before first use, ensure a compatible microSD card (up to 512GB, sold separately) is inserted into the main camera's memory card slot. Upon powering on, you will be prompted to select your preferred language and set the correct time zone and date format. It is recommended to manually configure the current time for accuracy.

The E360 ACE can be installed using the adhesive mount. Choose a suitable spot on your windshield that does not obstruct your view and is within reach of the wipers. Clean the area thoroughly before applying the electrostatic sticker and then the adhesive mount. The ball joint bracket allows for easy angle adjustment.

Connect the rear camera to the main unit using the provided 20ft cable. The rear camera can be mounted on your rear window to capture footage behind your vehicle. Ensure the cable is routed safely and does not interfere with vehicle operation.

To use the E360 ACE as a handheld action camera, detach the main unit from the car mount. Remove the silicone plug from the unit's bottom. Align the screw hole on the main camera with the screw on the handheld mount and rotate clockwise to tighten. The handheld mount also comes with a tripod stand for stable placement.
4.3. Ledninger
For in-car use, insert the car charger into your vehicle's charging socket. Connect the USB data cable to the Type-C port on the adhesive mount. For the rear camera, connect its cable to the rear camera port on the main unit, and the other end to the Type-C charging port on the main camera. Ensure all connections are secure. If the rear camera cable and power cable are reversed, the rear camera indicator light will not turn on, and no image will be displayed.

The 1.54'' IPS touchscreen allows for easy access to menus and switching camera views with a simple swipe.

The 24/7 buffered parking mode automatically records suspicious activities around your car when detected. It includes 10s pre-recording in buffered motion detection to ensure complete event capture. Connect the E360 ACE with a Vantrue LTE module (sold separately) to access your dash cam from anywhere and monitor your vehicle in real-time. It sends app notifications for suspicious activities in Parking Mode, allowing you to interact remotely. This feature includes 2GB of free cloud storage.
7. Vedligeholdelse
To ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption, it is recommended to regularly format the microSD card. The device may have a 'Format Reminder Setup' option in its settings to prompt you for this maintenance.
8. Fejlfinding
- Dash Cam Does Not Stay On: Ensure the power connection is stable and the car charger is functioning correctly. If using parking mode, verify the hardwire kit installation.
- "Slow Card" Error: This indicates the microSD card's write speed is insufficient for the recording resolution. Use a new, name-brand microSD card with U3/A2 or higher transfer speed. Regularly format the card.
- No GPS Data Detected: Ensure the GPS mount is properly connected and has a clear view of the sky. For viewing GPS data in the app, you must first download the video file to the local folder of the app and then play it from there.
- Mobile App Connectivity Issues: If using wireless Apple CarPlay, temporarily disable it as both may compete for WiFi connection.
