Opsætning
Udpakning og inspektion
Carefully remove the incubator from its packaging. Inspect for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipping. Report any damage to the carrier immediately.

Placering
Place the incubator on a sturdy, level surface capable of supporting its weight. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and maintenance access. Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources.

Power On and Initial Warm-up
After connecting power and CO2, turn on the incubator. Allow the unit to stabilize for at least 24 hours before introducing cultures. The display will show current temperature and CO2 percentage.

Setting Temperature and CO2 Levels
Brug SEL button and arrow keys (▲, ▼) on the control panel to navigate and adjust setpoints for temperature and CO2 concentration. Refer to the specific protocol for your cell culture requirements.

Ensure the water pan at the bottom of the chamber is filled with sterile distilled water to maintain humidity. Check water levels regularly and refill as needed.
