1. Introduktion

The RisoPhy PC423 is a 75% layout mechanical keyboard designed for versatility and a unique retro aesthetic. It offers triple-mode connectivity (2.4G wireless, Bluetooth, and USB-C wired) and features a smart display screen and a multi-function knob for enhanced control and customization.

3. Opsætning

The RisoPhy PC423 keyboard supports three connection modes: USB-C wired, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth. Ensure the keyboard is charged before initial wireless use.

3.1 Opladning af tastaturet

Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and the other end to a USB port on your computer or a compatible USB charger. The smart display will indicate battery status during charging.

3.2 Connecting via USB-C Wired Mode

1. Ensure the ON/OFF switch on the top-left of the keyboard is in the "OFF" position.
2. Tilslut USB-C-kablet til tastaturet og din computer.

3.3 Tilslutning via 2.4 GHz trådløs tilstand

1. Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver stored magnetically in the back of the keyboard.
2. Sæt 2.4 GHz-modtageren i en ledig USB-port på din computer.
3. Switch the ON/OFF switch on the keyboard to the "ON" position.
4. Langt tryk Fn + 4 on the keyboard for about 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash rapidly (pairing waiting time is about 60 seconds).
5. The keyboard screen will indicate "2.4G connection successful" once paired.

3.4 Forbindelse via Bluetooth-tilstand

The keyboard supports 3 Bluetooth channels (BT1, BT2, BT3).

1. Switch the ON/OFF switch on the keyboard to the "ON" position.
2. Langt tryk Fn + 1, Fn + 2, eller Fn + 3 key on the keyboard for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The corresponding LED under "1", "2", or "3" key will flash rapidly.
3. On your device (computer, tablet, phone), search for Bluetooth devices and select "RisoPhy PC423" to pair.
4. The keyboard screen will display "BT1", "BT2", or "BT3" connection successful once paired.
5. To switch between paired Bluetooth channels, simply short press Fn + 1, Fn + 2, eller Fn + 3.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

4.1 Smart Display-skærm og multifunktionsknap

The built-in smart display allows for various customizations and status checks. The intuitive rotary knob provides easy control.

• Tryk på knappen: Press the knob to enter the screen control mode. You can navigate through options like Home, GIF Image Display, Connection Mode, Lighting Effects, Volume, and Lighting Brightness/Speed.
• Drej knappen:
  • In Home mode: Rotate to adjust volume.
  • In other modes: Rotate to select options (e.g., different lighting effects, brightness levels, colors).

4.2 RGB-baggrundsbelysningskontrol

The keyboard offers extensive RGB lighting customization.

• Fn + mellemrum: Tænd/sluk baggrundsbelysningen.
• Fn + INS: Skift mellem 18 forudindstillede baggrundsbelysningstilstande.
• Fn + DEL: Cycle through 8 backlight colors.
• Fn + ↑ / ↓: Juster baggrundsbelysningens lysstyrke.
• Fn + ← / →: Adjust breathing speed of effects.

4.3 Tilpasningssoftware

• Nøgleindstilling: Remap individual keys and assign functions.
• Makro: Create and assign custom macros for complex commands.

5. Vedligeholdelse

5.1 Hot-swap-kontakter

The RisoPhy PC423 features hot-swappable switches, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering. It supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches.

1. Use the provided 2-in-1 keycap & switch puller to gently remove the keycap.
2. Position the switch puller around the switch, ensuring it grips both sides. Gently pull upwards to remove the switch.
3. Juster stifterne på den nye kontakt med hullerne på printkortet. Sørg for, at stifterne er lige for at undgå at de bøjes.
4. Gently push the new switch into place until it clicks securely.
5. Udskift tastaturdækslet.

5.2 Rengøring af tastaturet

Regelmæssig rengøring hjælper med at bevare tastaturets ydeevne og udseende.

• Frakobl tastaturet fra alle strømkilder.
• Brug en blød børste eller trykluft til at fjerne støv og snavs mellem tasterne.
• For keycaps, you can remove them using the puller and wash them with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Tør tastaturets overflade af med en blød kludamp klæde. Undgå skrappe kemikalier.

7. Fejlfinding

• Tastaturet reagerer ikke i trådløs tilstand:
  • Sørg for, at tastaturet er opladet.
  • Kontroller, om tænd/sluk-knappen er i positionen "TIL".
  • For 2.4GHz, ensure the receiver is properly plugged in and try re-pairing (Fn + 4).
  • For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is paired to the correct channel (Fn + 1/2/3) and try re-pairing if necessary.
  • Try connecting via USB-C wired mode to check basic functionality.
• RGB-belysning virker ikke eller sidder fast:
  • Press Fn + Space to toggle the backlight ON/OFF.
  • Cycle through lighting modes (Fn + INS) and colors (Fn + DEL).
  • Ensure the keyboard firmware and software are up to date.
• Smart display not showing correct information:
  • Sørg for, at tastaturet er tilsluttet din enhed.
  • If time is incorrect, connect via USB-C and use the software to synchronize time.
  • Restart the keyboard by turning it OFF and then ON.
• Nøgler registreres ikke eller dobbelttastes:
  • Rengør under tastaturet og omkring kontakten.
  • If the issue persists, try hot-swapping the problematic switch with one of the provided replacement switches.
