3. Indledende opsætning
3.1 Udpakning og placering

- Before first use, locate and remove the rubber plug from the bottom of the water tank. This plug is for transport only.

- Fill the water tank with fresh, filtered water up to the MAX line.
- Place the water tank back into its position on the machine.
3.3 Første brug og klargøring

- Once preheated, place a cup under the portafilter spout (without coffee).
- Press the single or double shot button to run water through the system for about 30 seconds. This primes the pump and cleans the internal components.

4. Betjeningsvejledning
4.1 Fremstilling af espresso
- Forvarm: Ensure the machine is powered on and has completed its preheating cycle. The LCD display will show the target temperature.
- Klargør portafilter: Insert the desired filter basket (single or double shot) into the 58mm portafilter.
- Malet kaffe: Grind fresh coffee beans to a fine espresso grind. For the single shot filter, use 8-14g of coffee. For the double shot filter, use 16-20g.
- Dose og Tamp: Add the ground coffee to the filter basket. Distribute evenly and tamp firmly with the included tampeh.

- Stop ekstraktion: The machine will automatically stop based on the programmed volume. You can manually stop it by pressing the button again.
- Fjern portafilter: Carefully remove the portafilter, discard the coffee puck, and rinse the portafilter and basket.

- Forbered mælk: Fill the milk frothing pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy) to just below the spout.
- Aktiver Steam: Turn the steam knob to the steam position. The machine will heat up to steam temperature (257°F~302°F).

- Skummælk: Immerse the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of the milk. Open the steam knob fully. Angle the pitcher to create a swirling motion.

- Monitor temperatur: Continue frothing until the milk reaches the desired temperature and texture. The steam wand can rotate 270° for convenience.
