Installationsvejledning
Before beginning the installation, ensure your vehicle is turned off and the ignition key is removed. It is recommended to refer to your vehicle's manual for specific fuse box locations and wiring diagrams. If you are unsure, seek professional assistance.

- Forbered til installation: Ensure everything is ready and safe before installation. Gather your tools, including the provided pry tool and fuse puller.

- Identify a Grounding Point: Find a suitable grounding point near the fuse box. This should be a metal surface that is securely connected to the vehicle's chassis. Connect the black wire from the hardwire kit to this grounding point using the ring terminal or a suitable grounding connector.

- Connect the Constant Power (Yellow Wire): Connect the yellow wire from the hardwire kit to the constant power (B+) fuse slot using the appropriate fuse adapter. If the B+ port is correctly inserted, the yellow indicator light on the hardwire kit will be on, regardless of whether the engine is turned off or on.

- Connect the ACC (Red Wire): Connect the red wire from the hardwire kit to the ACC fuse slot using the appropriate fuse adapter. If the ACC port is inserted correctly, the red indicator light will be on when the engine is started, but it will turn off when the engine is turned off.

- Test the Hardwire Kit: Turn on the ignition. The dash cam should receive power and start functioning. Verify that the indicator lights on the hardwire kit behave as described (yellow always on, red on with ignition).
Vigtig bemærkning: This hardwire kit is specifically designed for REDTIGER dash cams. Other brands of hardwire kits may not be compatible with REDTIGER dash cams, and vice-versa.

24-Hour Parking Monitoring
The REDTIGER hardwire kit enables your dash cam to continuously monitor your vehicle even when the engine is off. This feature provides surveillance against potential incidents like hit-and-runs or vandalism while your vehicle is parked.

To prevent your vehicle's battery from draining completely, the hardwire kit includes a low voltage protection feature. When the voltage drops below 11.8V (±0.2V), the kit will automatically cut off power to the dash cam after 60 seconds. This ensures enough power remains to start your vehicle.

Dual Indicator Lights
The hardwire kit features two indicator lights (yellow and red) to help confirm correct installation and operation:
- Gult lys: Indicates that the constant power (B+) connection is active. This light should be on at all times, regardless of ignition status.
- Rødt lys: Indicates that the ACC (Accessory) connection is active. This light should only be on when the vehicle's ignition is turned on.
