4. Opsætning og installation

4.1 Monteringstrin
- Assembly of X-axis Pulley: Attach the X-axis pulley fixing plate to the X-axis assembly using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Assembly of Timing Belt and Y-axis: Carefully thread the timing belts around the pulleys on the Y-axis assemblies. When attaching the Y-axis to the X-axis, ensure the holes in the Y-axis are facing downwards.
- Assembly of Front Frame: Connect the front frame to the main control box and the X-axis assembly. Use the appropriate screws and ensure a stable connection.
- Assembly of Rear Frame: Attach the rear frame to the remaining Y-axis assembly, mirroring the front frame installation.
- Assembly of Limiting Column: Install the limiting columns on the frame. These help define the working area and prevent the laser head from exceeding boundaries.
- Assembly of Main Cable: Connect the main cable from the control box to the X-axis assembly. Ensure all connections are firm.
- Assembly of Laser Module: Mount the laser module onto the X-axis carriage. Secure it with the designated screws. Connect the laser module's power and signal cables.
- Connecting the Air Pump: Connect the air assist tube from the air pump to the laser module. Then, connect the air pump's power cable to the designated port on the main control box.
5. Betjeningsvejledning
The LASER TREE K1 Pro MAX offers flexible operation for various engraving and cutting tasks.
5.1 Power Switching Function
The laser module features three power settings: 20W, 40W, and 60W. You can switch between these settings using the buttons on the laser module itself. Use 20W for engraving and 40W or 60W for cutting, depending on the material thickness and desired speed.

5.2 Fokusering af laseren
The machine includes a Z-shaped lifting device for adjusting the laser module's height and quickly setting the focal length. Refer to the fixed focus lever on the laser module for precise adjustments to match your material thickness.

The K1 Pro MAX is capable of both intricate engraving and powerful cutting. Ensure your material is properly secured on the honeycomb panel or desktop protection plate.

6. Vedligeholdelse

- Lufthjælpssystem: Ensure the air assist pump and tubing are clear of obstructions. Proper air assist is crucial for clean cuts and protecting the laser lens from smoke and debris.
- Rengøring af skinner og bånd: Keep the linear rails and timing belts clean and free of dust and debris to ensure smooth and accurate movement of the laser head.
- Generel rengøring: Wipe down the machine's frame and components regularly to prevent dust buildup.
7. Fejlfinding

- Y-axis Movement Issues: If the Y-axis exhibits grinding noises or attempts to move beyond its physical limits, it may be due to the absence of a Y-axis limit switch. Ensure your software (e.g., LightBurn) is configured to account for the laser's offset from home coordinates to prevent negative coordinate movements.
- Laser Alignment Offset: The laser alignment cross-hair may be offset from the actual cutting beam. Familiarize yourself with this offset and adjust your material positioning in the software accordingly for accurate results.
- Software Communication: If the machine is not communicating with your software, verify all USB connections and ensure the correct drivers are installed. Consult the software's documentation and LASER TREE technical support if issues persist.
- Poor Cut/Engrave Quality: Check laser focus, power settings, and speed. Ensure the air assist is functioning correctly. A dirty lens can also cause poor quality.
