3.1. Device Ports and Features

The included remote control is designed to simplify your entertainment setup. It can learn basic functions from your existing TV remote, allowing you to control both your TV and the converter box with a single device. This reduces clutter and enhances user convenience.

- Tilslut antenne: Connect your digital TV antenna to the Antenna Input port (5) on the converter box.
- Tilslut HDMI: Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI Output port (1) on the converter box and the other end into an available HDMI input on your TV, monitor, or projector.
- Tilslut IR-modtager: Plug the IR Receiver cable into the IR Connection port (4). Position the IR receiver in a location where it has a clear line of sight to your remote control.
- Tænd: Connect the USB to DC cable to the Power Supply Interface (3) on the converter box. Plug the USB end into a 5V USB port on your TV or use a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The device will power on automatically.
- Vælg input: Turn on your TV/monitor and select the correct HDMI input source that the converter box is connected to.
- Kanalscanning: Upon first use, the device will prompt you to perform a channel scan. Follow the on-screen instructions to scan for available digital channels in your area. This process may take several minutes.

5.1. Channel Browsing and Viewing

- Brug CH +/- buttons on the remote to navigate through channels.
- Tryk på OK button to bring up the channel list and select a channel directly.
- Tryk på INFO knap én gang til view current program information. Press it twice for detailed signal information.
5.2. DVR Recording Function

- Insert a USB drive (not included) into the USB 2.0 Input port (2).
- Tryk på REC button on the remote to start recording the current program. Press it again to stop.
- To schedule recordings, use the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) or the TIMER knap.
- Tryk på PVR button to access your recorded programs for playback.
5.3. Elektronisk programguide (EPG)
- Tryk på EPG knappen på fjernbetjeningen for at view the Electronic Program Guide.
- Browse through channels and upcoming programs. You can schedule recordings directly from the EPG.
5.4. Medieafspilning
- Indsæt et USB-drev, der indeholder medier files (music, photos, videos) into the USB 2.0 Input port (2).
- Tryk på MENU button and navigate to the Multimedia section to select Music, Photo, or Movie playback.
6. Fejlfinding
- Intet signal: Ensure your antenna is properly connected and positioned. Perform a new channel scan. Check the TV's input source.
- Optagelsesproblemer: Verify the USB drive is correctly inserted and has sufficient free space. Ensure the USB drive is formatted to a compatible file system (f.eks. FAT32, NTFS).
- Fjernbetjeningen reagerer ikke: Check the IR receiver's connection and ensure it has a clear line of sight to the remote. Replace remote batteries if necessary.
- Visningsproblemer: Check the HDMI cable connection. Adjust resolution settings in the device's menu if the display is distorted.
