  1. Ensure the test piece is stable and has a smooth, clean surface.
  2. Select the correct material and impact direction.
  3. Place the impact device firmly and perpendicularly on the test surface.
  4. Press the release button on the impact device to initiate the impact.
  5. The hardness value will be displayed on the OLED screen.
  6. Repeat measurements multiple times for better accuracy and average results.

  • After a measurement, press ENTER/SAVE to store the data.
  • Navigate to the data storage menu (via MENU) til view or retrieve stored measurements.
