3. Opsætning og forbindelser

3.1 Pakkens indhold

Sørg for, at alle komponenter er til stede, før du fortsætter med opsætningen:

3.2 Tilslutning af skærmen

The monitor supports two primary connection methods: USB-C and HDMI.

3.2.1 USB-C Connection (Full Featured USB-C)

If your device (laptop, smartphone, etc.) has a full-featured USB-C port that supports video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode), touch function, and power delivery, you can connect the monitor using a single USB-C to USB-C cable.

1. Connect one end of the USB-C to USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the Prechen monitor.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C to USB-C cable to the full-featured USB-C port on your device.

3.2.2 HDMI-forbindelse

If your device does not have a full-featured USB-C port, or if you prefer to use HDMI, you will need both an HDMI cable for video and a USB-C cable for power and touch functionality.

1. Connect one end of the Mini HDMI to HDMI cable to the Mini HDMI port on the Prechen monitor.
2. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your device.
3. Connect one end of the USB-A to USB-C cable to a USB-A port on your device (or a power adapter).
4. Connect the USB-C end of this cable to one of the USB-C ports on the Prechen monitor for power and touch signal.
5. The monitor should power on and display the video signal.

Vigtig bemærkning: When connecting devices with higher power consumption (such as gaming devices), the monitor may flicker or not turn on due to insufficient power supply. In such cases, please connect the original power adapter to the monitor via the USB-C port to ensure sufficient power before connecting the monitor to these devices.

3.3 Port and Button Layout

• Mini HDMI: Video input port.
• USB-C (Full Featured): Supports video, touch, and power transmission with a single cable.
• USB-C (Power/Touch): Used for power supply and touch signal when using HDMI for video.

• Power knap: Press and hold to turn the monitor on/off. Short press to enter/exit standby.

3.4 Monteringsmuligheder

The Prechen monitor features a durable metal casing and is designed for versatile placement. It includes standard mounting points on the rear for compatibility with VESA mounts (75x75mm), allowing for desk mount or wall mount configurations.

4. Betjening af monitoren

4.1 Tænd/sluk

• To turn on the monitor, press and hold the Power knap indtil skærmen lyser op.
• To turn off the monitor, press and hold the Power knap again until the screen goes dark.
• Et kort tryk på Power knap will put the monitor into standby mode or wake it up.

4.2 Brug af berøringsskærmen

The monitor features a responsive 10-point multi-touch display. Ensure the USB-C connection for touch functionality is properly established (either via a full-featured USB-C cable or the USB-A to USB-C cable when using HDMI).

• Tryk på: Single tap to select items or activate functions.
• Træk: Press and hold, then move your finger to drag items or scroll.
• Knib-for-at-zoome: Brug to fingre til at zoome ind eller ud på indhold.
• Flerfingerbevægelser: Utilize up to 10 fingers for advanced multi-touch applications.

4.3 On-Screen Display (OSD) menu

Tryk på Menu-knap to access the OSD menu. Use the shortcut keys (Brightness +, Volume -, Return) to navigate and adjust settings.

• Lysstyrke/kontrast: Adjust screen luminosity and contrast levels.
• Farveindstillinger: Rediger farvetemperatur, farvetone og mætning.
• Inputkilde: Manually select between USB-C and HDMI input if auto-detection fails.
• Lydindstillinger: Adjust volume, mute, or select audio input source.
• Sprog: Skift OSD-menusproget.
• Nulstil: Gendan fabriksindstillingerne.

4.4 Using with Aida64 and System Monitoring

This monitor is particularly well-suited for displaying system performance data from applications like Aida64. Connect the monitor to your computer as a secondary display. Configure Aida64 (or similar software) to output its sensor panel or monitoring dashboard to the Prechen monitor for real-time tracking of CPU, GPU, RAM, and other system metrics.

5. Vedligeholdelse og pleje

• Rengøring af skærmen: Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, dampen the cloth slightly with water or a screen-cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or alcohol-based solutions, as these can damage the screen coating.
• Rengøring af Casing: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the monitor's metal casing.
• Opbevaring: When not in use, store the monitor in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If transporting, use a protective sleeve or case to prevent scratches and impacts.
• Undgå væsker: Do not expose the monitor to excessive moisture or liquids. If liquid spills on the monitor, immediately disconnect power and allow it to dry completely before re-connecting.
• Håndteres med forsigtighed: Avoid dropping or subjecting the monitor to strong impacts, as this can damage internal components or the screen.
