3. Opsætning og installation

3.1 Før du begynder

3.2 Fysisk installation

3.3 Network Connection and App Pairing

4.6 Alexa-integration

6. Fejlfinding

• Kameraet opretter ikke forbindelse til Wi-Fi:
  • Sørg for, at dit Wi-Fi-netværk er 2.4 GHz. Kameraet understøtter ikke 5 GHz-netværk.
  • Verify the Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location.
  • Try resetting the camera using the reset button (Figure 3) and re-pairing it through the Imou Life App.
• False alarms from motion detection:
  • Ensure AI Human Detection is enabled in the Imou Life App settings.

• Cannot access SD card recordings:
  • Recordings on the Micro SD card are encrypted and can only be accessed and viewed through the Imou Life App.

  • If the camera loses power, its internal clock may reset. Ensure the camera reconnects to the internet after power restoration. The Imou Life App should automatically synchronize the correct date and time.
• Ingen web interface or issues with third-party Onvif access:
  • The Imou DK3 camera does not provide a direct web interface for configuration. All settings are managed via the Imou Life App.
  • While Onvif is supported for live view with some third-party applications, advanced configurations or password changes for Onvif may be limited to Imou/Dahua software.
