5. Opsætning
5.1 Indledende placering
- Place the moisture analyzer on a stable, vibration-free, and level surface, away from direct sunlight, drafts, and heat sources.

5.3 Kalibrering
Regular calibration ensures measurement accuracy. The GS110B includes a 100g calibration weight.
- Access the calibration function via the touchscreen menu (refer to Figure 5.1 for menu navigation).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to perform calibration using the 100g calibration weight.
- Ensure the weighing pan is empty and clean before starting calibration.

6. Driftsprincipper
The GOYOJO GS110B Moisture Analyzer operates on the thermogravimetric principle. It uses a halogen lamp to rapidly heat the sample, causing moisture to evaporate. Simultaneously, precision sensors continuously monitor the sample's weight. As the moisture content decreases, the weight of the sample changes. The analyzer calculates the moisture content based on the initial and final weights, and the temperature profile. This method provides fast and accurate results, typically within minutes, making it an efficient alternative to traditional drying ovens.

7. Betjeningsvejledning
7.1 Grundlæggende måleprocedure
- Ensure the analyzer is powered on and has completed its warm-up period.
- Place an empty, clean aluminum weighing pan on the sampholderen.
- Close the lid and press the TARA button on the touchscreen to zero the weight.
- Open the lid, carefully place your sample onto the weighing pan using the tray handle. Ensure the sample is evenly distributed.

- From the main screen, select the desired temperature (40°C to 160°C, adjustable in 1°C increments) and heating duration (1 to 99 minutes).
- Select the appropriate drying mode (Standard, Fast, or Soft) and shutdown option (Automatic, Manual, or Timer).

- Once the measurement is complete, the moisture content will be displayed on the screen.

10. Vedligeholdelse

- Allow the heating chamber and pan to cool completely.

- Carefully remove the weighing pan and clean it separately. Ensure it is completely dry before re-installing.
