4. Opsætningsvejledning

Follow these steps to set up your Ctronics 4G LTE Cellular Surveillance Camera:

1. Trin 1: Download appen
   Download the "Ctronics Pro" app from your mobile device's app store (available for iOS and Android).
2. Step 2: Install SIM Card & Power On
   Locate the SIM card slot on the camera. Insert the provided Nano SIM card or your own compatible 4G SIM card. Connect the power adapter to the camera and plug it into an electrical outlet. The camera will power on.

3. Step 3: Connect via App
   Open the Ctronics Pro app and follow the on-screen prompts to add your new camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or manually entering its ID.
4. Trin 4: View the Screen

5. Betjeningsvejledning

Pan og tilt kontrol

From the Ctronics Pro app, you can remotely control the camera's pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) movements to get a 360° panoramic view of your space. Simply swipe on the live view skærmen for at justere kameraets vinkel.

For at bruge tovejslydfunktionen skal du trykke på mikrofonikonet i appens live-skærm. view. You can then speak through your phone, and your voice will be projected through the camera's speaker. Similarly, you can hear audio from the camera's environment through your phone.

Bevægelse og menneskelig detektion

The camera is equipped with intelligent detection capabilities. When motion or a human figure is detected, the camera can:

• Automatically track the detected object.
• Trigger an alarm (white lights flash).
• Send instant push notifications to your phone and email.

You can configure detection sensitivity and alarm settings within the Ctronics Pro app.

Nattesynstilstande

The camera supports both infrared (black and white) and full-color night vision. The color night vision is activated by the built-in white lights, providing clearer and more detailed images in low-light conditions.

7. Fejlfinding

• Kameraet forbinder ikke:
  - Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted and has an active data plan.
  - Check cellular signal strength in the camera's location.
  - Restart the camera by unplugging and re-plugging the power.
  - Verify that the Ctronics Pro app is updated to the latest version.
• Intet nattesyn:
  - Check if the night vision mode is enabled in the app settings.
  - Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the infrared or white lights.
• Poor Two-Way Audio Quality:
  - Ensure there is no excessive background noise near the camera or your phone.
  - Check your mobile device's network connection.
