Indledning

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your MOES Water Flow Meter. This device is designed to accurately measure water consumption and flow rate for various applications, including RV water tank filling, outdoor garden hose watering, and lawn sprinklers.

Opsætning

1. Batteriinstallation

1. Find batteridækslet på siden af ​​enheden.
2. Use a coin or a suitable tool to gently twist and open the battery cover.
3. Insert one CR2032 battery (included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
4. Replace the battery cover and twist to securely close it, ensuring a watertight seal.

2. Connecting the Water Flow Meter

1. Ensure the faucet is turned off before installation.
2. Attach the brass inlet of the water flow meter to your outdoor faucet or water source. Hand-tighten securely.
3. Connect your garden hose, sprinkler, or other watering equipment to the outlet of the water flow meter. Hand-tighten securely.
4. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Teflon tape can be used for extra sealing if necessary.

Betjeningsvejledning

The MOES Water Flow Meter features a single button for easy navigation through its various modes and functions.

1. Tænd/sluk

The device automatically powers on when water flows through it. It will automatically go to sleep if there is no operation or water flow within 1 minute to conserve battery.

2. Skift af måletilstande

Press the button briefly to cycle through the four measurement modes:

• Real-time Flow Rate: Displays the current water flow in Gallons/Minute or Liters/Minute.
• Last-time Water Volume: Shows the total water consumed during the previous watering session.
• Average Daily Water Flow: Displays the average daily water consumption over the last 7 days (counts from the next day).
• Total Flow: Accumulates the total water consumption since the last manual reset.

3. Switching Measurement Units (Gallon/Liter)

In the Real-time Flow Rate mode, long-press the button to switch the display units between Gallons/Minute (GAL/Min) and Liters/Minute (L/Min).

4. Nulstilling af værdier

To reset the Last-time Water Volume, Average Daily Water Flow, or Total Flow, navigate to the desired mode and long-press the button until the value resets to 0.0.

5. Screen Orientation

If the display values appear upside down due to installation orientation, switch the mode to 'Auto' (Real-time Flow Rate) and then long-press the button to reverse the values for correct viewing.

1. Udskiftning af batteri

When the battery indicator on the LCD screen shows low power, replace the CR2032 battery as described in the Setup section (Battery Installation).

2. Rengøring af filteret

Periodically check the metal filter washer located in the brass inlet for any debris or blockages. If clogged, remove the filter and clean it under running water. Reinstall the filter before reattaching the meter to the water source.

3. Leak Prevention

Regularly inspect all connections for leaks. Ensure the brass inlet and hose connections are securely tightened. If leaks persist, check the rubber gaskets for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Using Teflon tape on threaded connections can help prevent leaks.
