Monteringsvejledning

1. Forbered komponenter: Lay out all numbered wooden panels and lettered hardware on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify each part according to the provided diagrams.
2. Saml sidepaneler: Insert dowel pins (C) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels (1, 2). Attach the top and bottom support bars (3, 4) to the side panels using cam locks and screws (D). Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
3. Installer bagpaneler: Slide the two back panels (5) into the grooves on the assembled frame. Secure them in place.
4. Fastgør toppanel: Place the top panel (6) onto the assembled frame, aligning the holes. Secure it using cam locks and screws (B).
5. Install Magnetic Catch: Attach the magnetic door catch (E) to the inside of the top panel using the provided screws.

8. Mount Doors to Cabinet: Carefully align the door hinges with the pre-drilled holes on the cabinet frame. Secure the doors by screwing the hinges into the cabinet frame using screws (G). Adjust as necessary for proper alignment.
9. Installer justerbar hylde: Insert the shelf pins (K) into the desired height holes inside the cabinet. Place the adjustable shelf (9) onto the pins.
10. Vægmontering: Choose a suitable location on a sturdy wall. Mark the drilling points for the wall mounting hardware. Drill pilot holes and insert wall anchors if necessary. Securely attach the cabinet to the wall using the provided screws and anchors (L). It is highly recommended to mount the cabinet into wall studs for maximum stability. Note that mounting holes may be 14 inches apart, requiring new holes to be drilled 16 inches apart to align with standard wall studs.

The cabinet features an adjustable shelf to accommodate items of various heights. There are 3 pairs of pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet. To adjust the shelf height:

1. Fjern alle varer fra hylden.
2. Carefully lift the shelf off its pins.
3. Relocate the shelf pins to the desired set of holes.
4. Sæt hylden tilbage på stifterne, og sørg for, at den er i vater og fastgjort.

Maintaining your Yaheetech cabinet is simple due to its fine surface finish.

Fejlfinding

If you encounter issues with your cabinet, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Cabinet Feels Shaky or Unstable:
  • Sørg for, at alle knastlåse og skruer er helt spændt.
  • Verify that the back panels are correctly seated in their grooves and secured.
  • Confirm the cabinet is securely mounted to wall studs. If your wall studs are 16 inches apart and the cabinet's pre-drilled mounting holes are 14 inches apart, you may need to drill new holes to align with the studs for optimal stability.
  • If dowel pins appear too short or connections are loose, contact customer support for assistance.
• Doors Do Not Align Properly:
  • Adjust the hinges. Most cabinet hinges allow for minor adjustments (up/down, left/right, in/out) using a screwdriver. Refer to the hinge manufacturer's instructions if available, or gently adjust screws on the hinges until alignment is achieved.
  • Ensure the cabinet frame itself is square and level before attaching doors.
• Doors Do Not Open Fully When Installed Near a Wall or Another Cabinet:
  • When installing the cabinet against a side wall, ensure there is sufficient clearance (at least the thickness of a piece of plywood) between the cabinet side and the wall for the door to swing open freely.
  • If installing two units side-by-side, allow adequate space (approximately the thickness of two pieces of plywood) between them for both doors to open without obstruction.
